Dietary supplement for healthy hair and nails

Description

Ecophane 60 Comp is a dietary supplement that helps to restore shine and provide strength and shine to hair and nails. Can be recommended to diabetics, people with hypertension and people on a low-calorie diet (4 Kcal/tablet). Its formulation contains wheat and sesame protein hydrolysates that are rich in sulphur amino acids and are involved in the formation of keratin; vitamin B6, which contributes to normal cysteine synthesis, vitamin B8 and zinc, which help maintain normal hair and nails; and zinc, which helps protect against oxidative stress (sun, pollution, fatigue, etc.).

Instructions for use

Take 2 capsules a day.

Composition

Maltodextrin, wheat and sesame protein hydrolysates, magnesium citrate, calcium phosphate, zinc citrate, spirulina, magnesium stearate, vitamin PP, flavouring, vitamin B5, colours E104 and E132, vitamin B8.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Zinc has great benefits for the immune system, hair and skin. It is a trace mineral, meaning that the body needs it but in small amounts.

It is an important supplement for DNA synthesis, cell growth, protein synthesis, healing of damaged tissues and supports a healthy immune system.

It also promotes keratin and collagen synthesis, so it helps to prevent premature hair aging and even protects hair pigmentation. It also helps to strengthen hair and nails.
Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
