Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 1 vial (10 ml) in the morning dissolved in water. For shock method, take 1 vial every 12 hours.

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body. It provides muscles, tendons, ligaments, skin, bones and cartilage with firmness and elasticity.
From the age of 30, the body starts to produce less collagen. To ensure the upkeep of this protein, we must incorporate it through our diet or as a food supplement (for example, if we exercise vigorously). It will help to maintain healthy skin and joints.
