Take a maximum of 2 drops of ravintsara essential oil 3 times a day in a neutral Puressentiel tablet (or 1 teaspoon of honey, olive oil, or 1/4 sugar cube). Do not use pure ravintsara essential oil without a carrier or mixed with water.
