Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. -Adults: take 1 measuring cup of 15ml in the morning on an empty stomach, and another one at night, for 5 days.-Children between 4 and 12 years old: take 5ml (1 teaspoon per day) during breakfast on an empty stomach.-Children from 12 years old: take 1 small glass of 10ml per day during breakfast on an empty stomach.-Can be diluted in water or fruit juice. Shake before each use.
