Iodine contributes to the normal production of thyroid hormones and normal thyroid function, to the normal functioning of the nervous system and the maintenance of normal skin, to cognitive function and normal energy metabolism. Suitable for vegetarians.

As a dietary supplement for adults and children over 9 years, three tablets a day with meals. During pregnancy take only one tablet a day with food.
