Recommended for:
Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before bedtime.
Melissa dry extract (melissa officinalis L., leaves, 5% rosmarinic acid) 300 mg, hops dry extract (humulus lupulus L., inflorescence, 0.3% flavonoids (rutin)) 100 mg, melatonin SR granules (sustained release melatonin granules: melatonin 45-55%, carnauba wax, stearic acid, mannitol, basic methacrylate copolymer) 2.2 mg. Technological excipients: microcrystalline cellulose (bulking agent), s.s. and magnesium stearate (anti-caking agent), s.s. Wrapping: polysaccharide of vegetable origin (pululan).
