Soothing Chamomile Infusion

Description

Homeosor Chamomile Infusion 20 Sachets are infusions for digestive disorders such as dyspepsia and its associated symptoms, as well as in states of stress It is soothing so it is useful in sleep disorders, reduces muscle tension. It contains essential oil, flavonoids, sesquiterpene lactones, glucides, coumarins, phenolic acids, mineral salts and tannins. Sweet or common chamomile increases the production of gastrointestinal juices and produces a smooth muscle relaxation favoring digestion and gastrointestinal transit It is also thought to have certain anti-inflammatory effects due to its lactones. It also exerts a slight sedative effect.

Instructions for use

Infusions are made by putting a tablespoon of product in a cup, to which boiling water is added. Let stand for 3-5 minutes, covering the cup to prevent the loss of volatile compounds. Then filter the water to remove the flowers. It can be sweetened with sugar, artificial sweeteners or honey. You can drink 3-4 cups a day, preferably after meals.
