Instructions for use

Take between 1 and 2 capsules a day at breakfast.

Composition

Reishi extract 100mg. Shiitake extract 100mg. Maitake extract 100mg. Cordyceps extract 100mg. Vegetable capsule: hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose.

The Reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), also known as the "eternal youth" mushroom, provides phytonutrients with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It contains polysaccharides (beta-glucans) which support the immune system.
