Description

Spaghetti made from durum white wheat semolina prepared by combining selected grains. The wheat pasta is enriched in protein and has a high fibre content. The package contains 500g.

Instructions for use

- Boil abundant water (1l/100g of pasta).

- When it starts to boil, add sea salt (1,5 g/l) and then the pasta.

- Stir only once and let it cook (boiling) for 7-8 minutes.

- Once cooked, add a glass of cold water and turn off the heat.

- Wait a few seconds and then drain in a colander.

- Add to the hot sauce and sauté for 30 seconds.
