Kneipp Sleep Complete Forte has Triple action: Immediate release layer The first immediate release layer with melatonin helps reduce the time needed to fall asleep. It also contains vitamin B6, which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, and zinc, which contributes to normal cognitive function. Prolonged release layers The second prolonged release layer contains melatonin, Passionflower extracts to help induce relaxation, Valerian that helps maintain natural sleep, and California Poppy, which contributes to improving sleep quality. The third prolonged release layer with Lemon Balm extracts, which contributes to restorative and peaceful rest, and Ashwagandha, which helps maintain mental and emotional balance and feel more energetic. Dosage: 1 tablet before bedtime. Format: 30 triple-layer tablets Gluten-free, lactose-free, no added sugars, vegan. Contraindications: do not administer to children under 12 years old. Instructions for use
