Dietary supplement based on marine magnesium and plants, indicated for sleeping difficulties, nervousness and fatigue. It acts on 4 levels thanks to a complete formula: the daily intake of marine magnesium and vitamin B6 helps reduce fatigue and nervousness and contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Melatonin at 1.9 mg helps reduce the time of drowsiness, California poppy helps improve the quality of natural sleep, promotes optimal relaxation and promotes relaxation and mental and physical well-being. Valerian helps maintain natural sleep and normal sleep quality.
Tablet 1 has two layers: layer 1 with immediate release of melatonin, magnesium and vitamin B6 and layer 2 with sustained release of magnesium for better assimilation. Tablet 2 is based on plant extracts (valerian, lemon balm, California poppy).
Take 2 tablets (1 tablet 1 1 tablet 2) with a large glass of water before bedtime for 1 month. To be renewed if necessary. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Excessive consumption may cause laxative effects. Not recommended for children under 12 years. Do not take in case of severe renal insufficiency or allergy to any of the components.
