Ingest 10ml twice a day.
Deionized water, calcium carbonate, magnesium hydroxide, thickeners (microcrystalline cellulose, carboxymethylcellulose), zinc gluconate, mint and orange flavourings, preservative (potassium sorbate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), sweetener (acesulfame K).
