Meladispert Melatonin Forte is a dietary supplement, formulated with pure melatonin, which reduces the time it takes to fall asleep. Meladispert improves the quality of your sleep, reduces fatigue and tiredness, and allows you to sleep comfortably and peacefully.

Not recommended for children under 3 years, pregnant or breastfeeding women and women who intend to get pregnant.

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. The recommended daily dose is one tablet containing 1 mg of melatonin, 36 mg of Vitamin B3 and 9.5 mg of Vitamin B6. It is advisable to take it 15 minutes before bedtime, preferably at the same time every day.

Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland. It helps your body to know when it is time to go to sleep and when it is time to wake up.
