Instructions for use

For internal use: at least 2 drops mixed with a little honey, molasses, brown sugar or olive oil. Twice a day. Dropping dropper.

For external use: apply 2 drops twice a day on a neutral support.

BARK AND LEAF. Qt: cinnamaldehyde and eugenol 100% cinnamon essential oil (cinnamomum zeylanicum blume) organic (50% bark essential oil and 50% leaf essential oil).
