Dietary supplement based on organic fenugreek

Description

The Fenugreek or Fenugreek supplement. Fenugreek, also called Trigonelle or Sénégrain, is a herbaceous plant from the rocky regions of the Mediterranean, whose flowers and seeds are used. Traditionally, the Egyptians used fenugreek seeds as a flavouring. This plant is known for several uses. Fenugreek is an important fortifier of the organism which allows to act on the lack of appetite but also on the balance of the metabolism of fats and sugars of the organism. Fenugreek seeds are also known for their balancing action on the menstrual cycle and lactation after childbirth. Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.

Instructions for use

Take 3 to 4 capsules a day with meals.
