Description

An award-winning, best-selling multivitamin complex. A high potency formula containing vitamins, minerals, amino acids and plant extracts. Ideal for everyday use. Helps reduce tiredness and fatigue, and supports normal energy metabolism. Includes iron in the form of bisglycinate, which has been shown to be less of a gastrointestinal irritant and does not cause constipation. It contributes to normal cognitive function and normal oxygen transport in the body and to reducing tiredness and fatigue. Doses of B vitamins help maintain energy levels and contribute to reducing tiredness and fatigue. Vitamins B2, B9 and B12 help to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to take 2 tablets a day preferably with meals.

Inositol is an organic compound from the polyol family that has pseudovitamin (Vitamin B8) properties. It is a component of the cell membranes and is especially present in the central nervous system and muscle tissue. It is fundamental for communication between cells. It is also involved in lipid metabolism. We should consume it through our diet because it is involved in normal mental function maintenance and other physiological processes related to fertility and thyroid function.

Rich sources of inositol include whole grains, nuts and legumes. As an ingredient in dietary supplements, it can support these functions, although there are no standardised recommendations on its use.
