Description

Solgar Ultimate Bone Support 120comp is a food supplement ideal for those who want to take care of the health of their bones and muscles.

It contains 8 nutrients that contribute to muscle bone health: calcium, magnesium, vitamin D3, vitamin K2, zinc, manganese, boron and copper. Contains a unique and balanced blend of vitamins and minerals in organic forms for easy absorption and utilization.

Instructions for use

Take four tablets a day, preferably with meals.

Composition

Microcrystalline cellulose, cellulose gum, silicon dioxide, vegetable stearic acid, vegetable magnesium stearate, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, vegetable glycerin (palm seed oil and coconut oil).

Pharmaceutical Advice

Coconut has several parts that can be consumed and used in dietary supplements. On the one hand, the best-known part is the pulp, from which the oil is extracted. It is rich in carbohydrates, proteins and lipids (notably lauric and oleic acid).

The oil extracted from the pulp is solid at room temperature and contains triglycerides with short and medium chain fatty acids. It should be consumed in moderation. On the other hand, the water or milk from the green coconut fruit is very hydrating and refreshing for the body.
