Supradyn Energy 90+30 comp is a dietary supplement that helps to maintain energy throughout the day.

Formulated with B vitamins, which help with normal energy metabolism. It contains vitamins C, E, zinc, and selenium, which protect cells from oxidative damage. Additionally, it includes Coenzyme Q10.

It does not contain any stimulating substances, does not cause insomnia, nor does it interfere with falling asleep.

Indicated for adults and children from 12 years old.

• One tablet a day at breakfast for at least 6 weeks, although to prolong its benefits, continuous use throughout the year is advisable, without interspersing rest periods.

• Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
