Description

Balsam fir oil has been traditionally used for its therapeutic properties, ideal for alleviating the symptoms of problems such as colds, bronchitis, asthma or other conditions related to the respiratory system. It also relieves muscular problems when applied by rubbing or massaging. Not recommended for use during the first 3 months of pregnancy or in children under 6 years of age.

Instructions for use

It can be used topically mixed with cosmetics to increase its properties or it can be ingested (maximum 1 tablespoon a day) diluted in water or liquid.

Composition

Organic essential oil, 100% pure of Abies balsamea (QT. ß pinene, d-3-carene) from Canada, obtained from the needles.
