Rice noodles also known as noodles, are enriched with wakame. They do not contain gluten or lactose and are suitable for vegan diets. It is a delicious food of flavour and texture ideal for the preparation of various Asian recipes. They are suitable to be prepared in wok and eaten hot or cold.

Add the noodles to a pot of boiling water, cook for 3-4 minutes, drain in a colander and rinse with cold water.
