Each of the Viridian B-complex supplements offers a full range of B-group vitamins, offering a higher level of vitamin B.

High Five is a B complex based on magnesium ascorbate of Viridian that helps to reduce fatigue in a noticeable way. In addition, it also contains vitamin B12, B6 and folic acid which contribute to normal homocysteine function, normal psychological function and also compatible with normal immune system function.

*This supplement has a higher level of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5).
