Instructions for use

Shake the bottle before drinking.

Recommended dosage:

  • For people up to 50 years old, take 15ml (1 capsule dose) on an empty stomach in the morning.
  • For people over 50, take 45ml (3 capsules) every day for 1 week. Once this week is over, take 1 capful a day (15ml).
