Description

This massage balm is composed of camphor, menthol and essential oils, and has been prepared to bring out the properties of all these ingredients. It has a non-greasy, non-sticky texture. It spreads easily and provides a sensation of freshness. It has a soothing property and is indicated for all those who suffer from colds, flu or any other respiratory ailment typical of winter.
Well&Well does not recommend its use in children under seven years of age or in pregnant or breastfeeding women. Contact with eyes should be avoided and it may irritate mucous membranes. It is therefore advisable to wash hands after application. This balm should be kept out of the reach of children. This product is recommended for topical use only and has been tested under dermatological supervision.

Instructions for use

Apply twice daily with a gentle massage on the chest, neck and back.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Menthol is a compound extracted from plants such as peppermint (Mentha x Piperita) and can also be manufactured synthetically. As an ingredient in gels, creams and lotions for topical application, it has a well-known cooling effect, as well as being a mild antiseptic and analgesic. These properties make it suitable for mitigating joint and muscle discomfort in the context of exercise or daily wellness.

It is also used as an ingredient in cosmetics that can help to refresh and soothe the itching caused by eczema or dermatitis. In hair products, such as shampoos, it provides freshness. And in the oral health category, it is often present in toothpaste and mouthwashes, as it will contribute to a fresh breath.

In case of allergy to the substance, chronic respiratory diseases, and in young children, do not use products with menthol and consult a healthcare professional.
