Description

Good for your heart: Rich in vegetable Omega 3 (ALA: Alpha Linolenic Acid) that helps maintain normal cholesterol levels. The daily ration of 15 g provides 2.8 g of ALA. The desired effect is achieved by consuming at least 2 g of ALA daily.

Instructions for use

• Take the seeds whole or dissolved in water, juice or whatever drink and/or food you are going to consume.

• Let them absorb water and acquire a gel consistency for 1 to 2 hours (or a minimum of 15 minutes).

• Do not boil the seeds (whether whole or ground) as they will lose most of their properties.
