Aquilea Sueño Forte 2x30comp is a food supplement in tablet form that helps to fall asleep and maintain quality sleep during the night
These are three-layer tablets, with three effects to contribute to the quality of sleep: the first layer contains melatonin 1.95mg which is released quickly to help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. The second layer contains griffonia and is released during the night to help maintain quality sleep. The third layer, with valerian and lemon balm, is sustained release and aids relaxation for restful sleep.
