Description

Wild Atlantic seaweed of the Laminaria species, from organic farming in Galicia. Very rich in iodine, calcium, iron and magnesium, all of them great contributors to the proper growth and development of muscles and bones. Remineralizes, strengthens and purifies the intestines by amalgamating toxins in the colon wall and eliminating them naturally. Very low in calories. It has glutamic acid, which softens legumes and intensifies their flavor, so it can be used in the cooking of legumes and whole grains, to shorten cooking time and facilitate digestion.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to soak in water with a little salt for 15 minutes. When it is hydrated it increases 6 times its dry weight. Cooking time: 45 minutes approximately.
