Description

Dehydrated kombu seaweed 100% from organic farming. It contains alginic acid, proteins and minerals such as iodine, potassium, iron and calcium. Helps protect cardiovascular health and reduce harmful cholesterol and triglycerides in the blood. Suitable for weight control diets due to its fibre content and satiating effect. Recommended for making soups, ready meals, salads and as a condiment.

Iron is a functional mineral that contributes to the body's growth and development. It is present in haemoglobin and myoglobin. These proteins transport oxygen from the lungs to the rest of the organism. Iron is also involved in the creation of hormones and connective tissue.
