Vitamins against fatigue

Description

Anti-fatigue dietary supplement to calmly face the days by providing micronutrients, particularly vitamins and minerals that will contribute to energy production and strengthen the immune system. Supports physical and mental energy levels and its unique combination of microbiotic strains, vitamins and minerals help to keep you going throughout the day. It contains vitamin B12 that contributes to the normal functioning of energy metabolism and reduces fatigue and vitamins C and D that contribute to the maintenance of immune defenses. Iron and zinc contribute to normal cognitive function.

Instructions for use

Adults (18 ) : Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of cold water, during or after a meal. Store with cap closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in case of known sensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not recommended if planning to be pregnant, if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of sight and reach of children.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Using sunscreen is essential to protect our skin from the sun's rays. But for it to be effective, we must remember to apply it every 2 hours, after bathing, physical activity or sweating. This protective action can be boosted by taking dietary supplements, a balanced diet, and wearing accessories such as sunglasses or wide-brimmed hats.

It is also a good idea to apply aftersun after sun exposure so that the skin recovers moisture and maintains antioxidants. If you are taking photosensitising medication or have a skin condition, it is especially important to follow these recommendations. If you develop blisters, fever, or a headache after sun exposure, consult your doctor.
