Adults (18 ) : Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of cold water, during or after a meal. Store with cap closed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use in case of known sensitivity to any of the ingredients. Not recommended if planning to be pregnant, if pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of sight and reach of children.
