Description

Semi whole grain Calasparra Organic Rice with D.O. Calasparra. The quality and prestige of Calasparra rice are a consequence of the characteristics of the area where it is grown:

  • Purity of the waters
  • Climate of the place
  • Particular arrangement of small plots in mountainous and rugged areas of the Segura River and its tributary, the Mundo River
  • Use of selected seeds
  • Organic farming system that does not deplete the richness of the soil

Instructions for use

- Wash the rice in a bowl full of water, stirring by hand; Strain under the tap: Put 1 part rice to 2 parts water.
- Heat the water and when it is boiling put the rice and cover.
- Cook for approximately 40 minutes over low heat. This cooking suggestion allows the rice to remain loose.
Store in a cool, dry place.
