Camaleon Cosmetics Hyaluronic Acid Cream 2x50ml is a moisturising cream designed to prevent premature skin ageing. Thanks to its formula combining hyaluronic acid and collagen, it helps to maintain optimal hydration. Also enriched with pomegranate and allantoin, this cream contributes to regenerating the skin and giving it a hydrated, soft, and revitalised appearance. Suitable for all skin types. Pack of 2. Pharmaceutical Advice

Hyaluronic acid is a substance contained in many tissues in the body. It is found in the dermis of the skin and in cartilage. It has great capacity to attract and retain water. So much so that it is capable of absorbing up to 1,000 times its own weight in water. As time goes by, the body's production of this substance progressively decreases, which means that the skin loses hydration and, with it, elasticity and firmness. This also happens to the joints, where the cartilage loses its water retention capacity and becomes stiffer. This great moisturising power has made hyaluronic acid a widely used ingredient in cosmetic products and it is a great ally for dehydrated or uncomfortable skin.
