Instructions for use

It can be diluted in cold, warm, and hot drinks. In yogurts, ice creams, smoothies, and juices. It can also be sprinkled over breakfast cereals. It can be used in baked goods and snacks. Its gelling ability can be used to replace eggs in certain recipes. Adults and children over 12 years old: consume 1 tablespoon in 300 cc of water, juice, or preferred liquid. 1 to 3 times a day. Assess tolerance. Children aged 6 to 12 years: consume 1 teaspoon a day, in 300 cc of water, juice, or preferred liquid. 1 to 3 times a day. Assess tolerance.
