Echinacea favours the respiratory system, thanks to its properties that help reduce fever, mucus and cough that are generated in cases such as colds. It is usually used in ear, vaginal and gum infections. It is also used to promote the recovery of sties and normal digestion.

Consume 15 to 30 drops diluted in a glass of water or in an infusion. Take 1 or 2 times a day.
