Iris Macarrón Penne Integral Bio 500g

Whole grain durum wheat semolina penne pasta, made with a combination of selected grains. The wheat pasta is enriched in proteins and provides a high fibre content. In its production process, it is dried at low temperature and for long periods of time, so as not to affect the nutritional content of the cereal.

- Boil abundant water (1l/100gr of pasta).

- When it starts to boil add sea salt (1,5 g/l) and then the pasta.

- Stir only once and let it cook (boiling) for 11-13 minutes.

- Once cooked, add a glass of cold water and turn off the heat.

- Wait a few seconds and then drain in a colander.

- Add to the hot sauce and sauté for 30 seconds.
