Description

Handmade wholemeal biscuits made with wholemeal oat flour, so it does not contain gluten. It is a controlled product without egg, so they are suitable for a vegetarian and vegan diet and are ideal to eat as a snack or to accompany with some kind of vegetable milk or juices. They have 100% Biological and organic origin and green certificate of product from organic farming.

Composition

Whole oat flour (44%)** (GLUTEN FREE), coconut butter*, cane sugar*, corn starch, puffed quinoa (5.6%)*, cinnamon powder(1.9%)*, raising agent (baking soda and sodium bicarbonate), ginger powder (0.06%)*, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin) and natural vanilla flavouring.
