NaturGreen Organic Coconut Oil 200g is a product of virgin coconut oil ideal for serving at the table or having on hand to dress salads or dishes in a different and very natural way.
It is made only with organic coconuts from Sri Lanka and is produced using cold extraction and pressing methods, unrefined and unbleached, so it retains all its beneficial properties intact.
It is cholesterol-free and trans fat-free and is ideal for cooking, baking or as a substitute for butter or margarine.
It can be consumed directly or used as an ingredient in your baking recipes.

Coconut has several parts that can be consumed and used in dietary supplements. On the one hand, the best-known part is the pulp, from which the oil is extracted. It is rich in carbohydrates, proteins and lipids (notably lauric and oleic acid).
The oil extracted from the pulp is solid at room temperature and contains triglycerides with short and medium chain fatty acids. It should be consumed in moderation. On the other hand, the water or milk from the green coconut fruit is very hydrating and refreshing for the body.
