Product details

Ns Soñaben Bi-effect Melatonin 60comp is a food supplement made from plants (passion flower, valerian and California poppy) and melatonin. It helps fight insomnia and helps you sleep. Specifically, melatonin is released initially to help you sleep and passionflower, valerian and California poppy are released later to provide quality, restful sleep.

Dietary supplements should be taken in the context of a varied and balanced diet and as part of an active lifestyle. Take 1 tablet a day, half an hour before bedtime.

Food supplements are not a substitute for a healthy, balanced diet.

Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the pineal gland. It helps your body to know when it is time to go to sleep and when it is time to wake up. An imbalance in the production of this hormone (jet lag, change in work shifts, mild and temporary insomnia, etc.) can lead to an alteration in the sleep-wake cycle that can result in difficulty falling asleep.
Dietary supplements containing melatonin are an option to promote a more restful sleep. Their use should be accompanied by sleep hygiene habits: establishing regular schedules, avoiding late dinners, and avoiding caffeine about 6 hours before going to sleep (coffee, tea, dark chocolate, energy drinks, etc.). It is also advisable to avoid using electronic devices at night or exposure to artificial light, as this will inhibit melatonin production.
If the problem persists, other symptoms appear or medication is being taken, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional.

Of the melatonin formulations tested, it is the one that has worked best for me.

My case of insomnia is difficult and chronic. Melatonin helps me to fall asleep, although not immediately, but as long as I go to bed no later than 0.00 in summer and 23:00 in winter; without it I take much longer. Light sleeping pills like Diazepam don't work any better for me, at least melatonin has no adverse effects.
