It is a product based on germinated flax, subjected to a grinding process. Suitable for breakfast and snacks, or for healthy snacks. Brown flax seeds provide fatty acids and omega 3 and 6 to the body. They favor a good digestive transit. They provide a lot of satiety. It is a vegan product made without eggs, lactose, sugar or gluten. Suitable for daily consumption.
Use with yoghurts, juices or smoothies. Consume to taste.
