Description

Sanon recovers the natural sedative properties of valerian in this tablet in order to treat states of stress, irritability, high blood pressure, headaches and insomnia, among others.

Valerian is a plant whose properties help to relax the nervous system and brain. Thanks to its natural composition, based on the use of the rhizome and the roots of the plant, valerian is used for the treatment of various disorders.

How does valerian work? The essential oil and valepotriates present in the plant work as natural tranquilizers allowing a slightly hypnotic effect (insomnia) and a muscle relaxant par excellence.

Instructions for use

1. It is recommended to take 3 tablets daily before the main meals.

2. In case the treatment is applied to the treatment of insomnia, the intake of Sanon Valeriana 350mg in the middle of the afternoon is recommended.

3. A discontinuous treatment is recommended to avoid dependency.

Composition

Each tablet is composed of 65mg of root and 42mg of dry extract of valerian root as well as essential oil.

These tablets are not recommended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and children under 3 years of age. If in doubt, consult a specialist.
