Supradyn Relax 30caps is a dietary supplement formulated with extracts of valerian, passionflower, and California poppy, plants traditionally used to contribute to relaxation and well-being naturally.
Its combination of ingredients works together throughout the day without interfering with mental or physical performance and without causing dependence.
Indicated for ages 12 and up.
Contains lactose. Gluten-free.
Adults and children over 12 years old: 1 or 2 capsules 3 times a day, or 2 capsules 1 hour before sleeping.
