Description

Dietary supplement based on vitamin B6, 5-HTP, California poppy extract and essential oil of Roman chamomile. The natural blend results in a synergy of effects that contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Instructions for use

-From 12 to 17 years: 1 spray up to 3 times a day.

-From 18 years: 1-2 sprays up to 3 times a day.

-Shake the bottle before use and apply directly in the mouth.

-It is recommended to apply on the inner cheek or under the tongue for better absorption.

It is also involved in protein and glycogen formation in the body, as well as red blood cells, which are essential to transport oxygen to cells and tissues. It reduces tiredness and fatigue.

Like the other B vitamins, it is water-soluble, which means that our body cannot store it in large quantities. How can we obtain it? The answer lies in diet, which must be varied and balanced. Foods such as fish (tuna and salmon), meat and eggs, nuts (walnuts), pulses (chickpeas), unrefined cereals and fruit such as bananas provide significant amounts of vitamin B6.
