Description

Seitan vegetable sausages are suitable for anyone who wants to replace animal proteins with vegetable proteins as they provide proteins of high biological value and are also low in saturated fats. May contain traces of egg, peanuts, sesame, dairy products, nuts, celery, mustard and sesame as they come from an establishment that also uses them.

Instructions for use

We recommend cooking for 2 minutes in the frying pan. Eat as you like, as a side dish, in frankfurters or as a snack.

Composition

Water, wheat gluten* (seitan*) (26%), sunflower oil*, tofu (water, soya beans*, stabiliser [calcium sulphate]), yeast* (contains wheat* [gluten]), sea salt, maize starch*, garlic*, thickener (xanthan gum), white pepper*, gelling agent (carrageenan), emulsifier (soya lecithin*) *Organically grown.
