Description

The combination of cocoa and blackberries with traditional flaxseed results in a nutritious and energetic mix, thus helping to maintain a balanced and active lifestyle.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to add to any meal of the day: in cereals, scrambled eggs, yogurts, fruit, milk, juices, smoothies, salads, soups, stir-fries, casseroles, omelettes, vegetables, desserts, pasta, sauces, rice, vegetables, etc.

Composition

Organic flax seeds (80%), organic low-fat cocoa (10%), organic mulberries (10%). Per 100 g: Omega 3 (17 g).
