Wholemeal pasta from Iris, an Italian cooperative founded in 1978 that only grows and produces cereals from organic farming. Ideal for salads and accompanied with sauce. High quality and incomparable taste. High fibre content.

The composition contains whole grain durum wheat semolina, water.

Allergen warning: contains gluten and may contain traces of eggs, soya and soya derivatives.

-Bring plenty of water to a boil.

-Add salt when it comes to the boil.

-Then add the pasta.

-Stir just once and cook for 8-9 minutes.
