Description

Granions Oligo Skin capsules are a food supplement that helps to contribute to enhance and enhance the brightness of the skin. They help to reduce dull complexion due to an imbalance in the body's own trace elements. Instructions for use

Composition

Bulking agent: maltodextrin. Zinc gluconate, selenium enriched yeast, manganese gluconate. Anti-caking agent: magnesium sterate. Yeast gluconate. Coating of vegetable origin: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.

Include it in your diet by eating meat, fish, seafood (especially oysters), nuts, whole grains, pulses and/or milk.

A varied and balanced diet is usually enough to maintain a good level of zinc; supplementation is only recommended in cases of deficiency.
