Description

Excessive exertion or an irregular diet can cause physical and mental exhaustion that will reduce our strength to continue with our day to day lives. Adding a multivitamin to your eating habits will help you regain energy and revitalize your body.

Iron with honey from LaJusticia will bring you all the benefits of iron along with honey. Iron is essential for the production of hemoglobin and some enzymes, very necessary in the case of women.

On the other hand, honey has multiple nutrients, including sugars, minerals and vitamins, in addition to being a product of very easy assimilation.

Take care of yourself during pregnancy!

Instructions for use

Drink one teaspoon of coffee a day added to a liquid, preferably citrus juices.

Pharmaceutical Advice

Iron is a key mineral in the human body as it is present in haemoglobin and myoglobin. These proteins transport oxygen that supports the body's proper development.

Iron should be incorporated through diet. Food sources of iron include meat, seafood, eggs, pulses and nuts. I recommend combining iron-rich foods with acidic foods (such as orange or lemon juice) to improve absorption. Iron deficiency can lead to anaemia. During menstruation, pregnancy and lactation, it is important to keep iron levels under control. It is also necessary for the health of new-born babies. On the other hand, keep in mind that taking supplements for other minerals (such as zinc or calcium) may also compete with iron absorption. Finally, deficiencies can occur because of certain intestinal problems.

To maintain optimal iron levels, and if there are no blood loss issues that need to be corrected, it is enough to keep a varied and balanced diet. In case of a deficiency, it is important to follow the guidance provided by a healthcare professional about taking a food supplement containing iron or, in more severe cases, medication. Avoid supplementing with this mineral without confirming you have a deficiency.

In my case I bought it because I have alopecia due to celiac disease for 15 years, and I have been recovering my hair for a year, but these months I noticed a stagnation of growth in the alopecic area, so I decided to try iron (before I was taking a multivitamin with iron). And it's very good because it doesn't hurt my stomach, since I'm very sensitive to everything. I've been taking it for 5 days now, and I think I've noticed some growth points in my hair (shades of gray), although I'm sure this is because they were growing and the iron must have given them the boost they were missing. It's good, it's like taking sugar with honey. I take it on an empty stomach in the morning with orange juice. My only complaint is that it can be complicated to know which of all the teaspoons on the market is the one that measures the 4.5 mg because in my house I had 3 different teaspoons, so it would be better to have some kind of measuring spoon that fits in the nozzle of the bottle and can get to the bottom for when it is...
