Sea Spaghetti Seaweed for multiple health benefits

Description

Both raw and cooked, for its texture and flavor, it is one of the algae with more personality and more success among the Atlantic varieties. Store in a cool, dry place away from sources of light and heat.

Instructions for use

It is recommended to soak for 30 min. in water to be consumed raw. Soak for 30 min. and sauté to use as a filling for pies and pizzas. Boil for 35 min. to use in soups and stews. If a white colour appears on the seaweed, it is due to its own salts that act as a natural preservative.
