Vitamin-T® Tryptophan 30caps is a food supplement that provides free tryptophan that naturally activates serotonin and the vitamins related to its metabolism: vitamin B9 (folic acid), vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B3, vitamin B6 and vitamin C.

The active ingredients of VitAmin-T® are essential nutrients that do not exceed the daily doses recommended by experts. Its consumption is recommended in moments of great sports wear; as well as in daily life situations that require great physical and mental vitality.

*1 capsule provides 200mg of tryptophan.

Instructions for use

  • For better intestinal absorption, it is advisable to take it half an hour before meals.
  • Take 2 capsules a day, preferably one before breakfast and one before main meals.
  • If necessary, you can take up to 3 capsules a day.

*Food supplements should not replace a balanced and/or healthy diet.
