Description

Powder mix, especially for making oat-based pancakes and crepes, which provides fibre, vitamins and proteins, necessary in a balanced diet. It has a delicious chocolate brownie flavour so it can be used in all kinds of baking recipes.

Instructions for use

- Add in a bowl the contents of a dispenser (35g, for 3-4 pancakes), an egg white and 100 ml of milk or vegetable drink.

- Mix until a homogeneous batter is obtained.

- Cook in a frying pan with a teaspoon of oil.

- Fill to taste.

Composition

Whole oat flour (99.8%), flavorings, defatted cocoa powder (6.0%), sweeteners (acesulfame potassium, sucralose, sodium cyclamate and steviol glycosides), salt, vitamin complex (pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, thiamine hydrochloride), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
